Description

The Mayor's secret plan to gain control of New York City takes its first big step to becoming a reality. Meanwhile, Robyn has returned to the Underground and its residents have given her anything but a warm welcome. But the Vigilante Hunter Squad, with the cybernetically augmented Peacock in tow, plans to crash their ill-fated reunion and reign destruction on the Underground. Will Gynt and his group of mutated henchmen be willing to team up with Robyn to prevent the destruction of their home, or will the V.H.S. bring the whole Underground crashing down?
