Since they were kids, Johnny Delgado and Victor Reyes were closer than brothers. They lived in a rough Phoenix Latino neighborhood where, to stay clear of street gangs, they spent their days after school in a local motorcycle shop. The shop's mystical proprietor, Gus, taught the boys ballads of Los Banditos – two avenging gunslingers who roamed Mexican Border towns hunting down those who preyed on the weak and innocent. As the legend goes, if one Bandito were to be killed, the other would assume his soul, so they would both live on to seek justice... and two would become One. When Johnny, now an Assistant U.S. Attorney, is brutally murdered by drug lords, his best friend, Victor, now a Special Forces officer, returns from war in Afghanistan and assumes his identity, intent on seeking vengeance against all those who are guilty.
